wanted to love these salt and pepper shakers, they do grind salt and pepper well, but they have a couple of problems. They are difficult to open requiring the you slide small plastic latches. They have relatively small capacity and will require rapid refills, so would go for the larger option.

Overall very happy with this salt and pepper mills. Only downside is the amount of salt and pepper you can put into the glass section You will need to fill them frequently.

The grinders are very good. The motor noise is subtle. The design does not meet expectations. It is annoying that so much plastic was used. It's a shame. In my opinion, this is to the detriment of the feel. The design in general is quite good and easy to use even for "small" hands.
