I bought a salt shaker for pink Himalayan salt. It doesn't work with this salt. However, the site indicates that the salt shaker is compatible with rock salt, and therefore pink salt. When I use it, nothing comes out and the cap unscrews. I contacted the after-sales service who took a long time ...to respond. They asked me if I wanted a refund and since then I haven't heard anything. So I am neither satisfied with the quality of the products nor with the after-sales service. Too bad for a brand that I thought was great

We confirm that Himalayan pink salt is indeed a dry rock type salt.
However, I would like to inform you that Himalayan pink salt is a salt that naturally has crystals that are very hard to grind.
Thus, this type of salt can offer a coarser grind unlike the blue salt of Persia or the white salt crystals of Germany.
Depending on where you source your salt, it is also likely that some of the crystals in your Himalayan Pink Salt package will exceed our grain size recommendations (max 4mm).
Following our discussions, I confirm that we have sent you a prepaid label by email so that you can return the product at our expense for a refund. In addition, your salt mill will be examined by our Quality and After-Sales Department in order to better understand the cause of the problem you have encountered.
