The product is very good, however the packaging had already been partially removed, a piece of cardboard from the packaging was torn off, I strongly believe that this is an unverified return product. Therefore a little disappointed with the order, because it was a gift for Christmas and the presenta...tion was not there.

Love the design, and it really works quickly to remove corks. The problem, however, is in figuring out how to get the cork out from inside the device once it has been removed from the bottle. There are some visual instructions for how to use the corkscrew included on the outside of the box, but I ha...ve not been able to replicate the diagrams in practice, and I can’t find any videos online explaining how to properly use it. It’s certainly better than a waiter’s corkscrew, but not entirely user friendly.
