Sel de Guérande

This local salt comes from the Guérande salt marshes. It is hand-harvested, using the traditional skills of the salt workers. This salt is natural, it is reputed for its high concentration in mineral (magnesium, calcium…) and trace elements. It can be used for seasoning, as well as for cooking, and will subtly enhance the taste of your dishes. This wet salt is perfectly adapted to the Peugeot mill equipped with the wet salt mechanism, indeed its consistency and its degree of humidity are too high for grinding it with a classic mill
