The 10cm Bistro Nature salt mill is distinctive and one of a kind, having been designed with a focus on saving resources and protecting the environment. The wooden body of this manual salt mill is made from wood that is usually discarded during manufacturing due to its visual imperfections. However, the intrinsic qualities of strength and durability still remain intact so the wood is upcycled and blasted with ground nutshells to create an attractive textured finish. The body of the Bistro Nature salt mill is then protected with an eco-friendly plant-based varnish to lock in the wood's natural character and maximise its serviceable life. Manufactured entirely from Peugeot's factory in France, the wood is sourced from local forests that are sustainably managed.
