As the second time I had not kept the warranty, the after-sales service could not do anything, even by offering them a repair or a replacement part at our expense. What a waste! We are crossing our fingers for the 3rd (we bought it again so as not to upset my father who gave it to us and who swears by the brand!) hoping that efforts have been made since then to improve the quality of the rack.

The corkscrew is very good, what is less good is the box, a strange material in which the elements tend to get stuck, which is a shame. The previous box set was better.
