For about twenty wafers (depending on the size): Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 7 to 10 minutes
Ingredients:
2 egg whites
60g of wheat flour of your choice
50g melted coconut oil (or butter)
pepper (such as fair trade, Timut …)
salt
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the egg whites with the flour and melted oil until a smooth paste is obtained.
Add the equivalent of a tablespoon of ground pepper and mix again.
Line the baking sheet with baking paper or a baking mat designed for this purpose. Form the wafers by spreading out small amounts of dough as finely as possible using a teaspoon.
Place everything in the refrigerator for about ten minutes. During this time, preheat the oven to 200 °.
Once the oven is hot, remove the wafers from the refrigerator. Sprinkle with salt and make a final turn of a pepper mill. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, watching the cooking.
The wafers are ready when they start to have a nice golden colour. At the end of cooking, let them cool before eating.
