Cut a large sheet of cellophane paper then place it on the work surface.

Place the salmon/trout slices on the cellophane paper, placing them so as to obtain a large rectangle.

Make a line with the cheese on the bottom of the salmon slices, like preparing a maki.

Add thin slices of avocado to the cream cheese (and / or cucumber if desired). Season with salt and pepper.

Gently roll using cellophane paper, tightening the roller tightly. Once rolled, rewrap in cling film and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours so that all the flavors can be revealed during tasting.

Cut the rolls and add the seeds of your choice as well as freshly chopped chives.
