Paris Nature

The Paris Nature 22cm salt mill is unique in its appearance and so too is Peugeot's vision in creating a salt mill that is more resource efficient and more respectful of the environment.  During the manufacturing cycle of our mills, some of the wood that is not uniform in look or texture is discarded, however its intrinsic qualities of strength and durability remain intact.  In order to use these parts and enhance their natural profile, original texturing is obtained by spraying crushed walnut shells onto the body of the salt mill.  The Paris Nature salt mill is then protected by an ecological varnish of vegetable origin composed of linseed oil and carnauba wax to preserve the character of the wood and ensure its maximum longevity.
